What kind of beliefs are families and the education system in the US programming people with? How are the methods used in this bootcamp any different than what’s done at AA or any 12 step program? I don’t see much difference. I see a bunch of people at low points in their lives because they THINK and BELIEVE that they are at a low point on a deep unconscious level. It’s not the yoga that does the changing. It could be basket weaving. It’s irrelevant. The people’s beliefs about themselves change.

I’m so glad I watched this. I’m going on the Mexico bootcamp starting Saturday, and this gave me, I hope, a good grounding for what will be expected of me. It’s bootcamp! Okay, I get that! I’m really looking forward to this.
Thanks,
Leslie

I love Baron Baptiste. I bought a region free dvd player just so I could use the yoga dvds. I really love the live series. I’d LOVE to do a boot camp.

Baron Baptiste rocks! If you’ve never experienced a weekend intensive with him, or been fortunate enough to spend a whole week of bootcamp with him, what are you waiting for? It will literally change your life. Pure and simple.

Baron Baptiste fists full of cash more like it.
Just another gymnastic pursuit, little or nothing to do with yoga.

Exactly. This is exercise, not yoga.
